Thank you for a very special stay. Hot and plentiful breakfast to start the day. It has a relaxing bar and reasonably good and incredibly polite staff. Plus, the location is perfectly comfortable and fab, minutes from St Bartholomews.
The breakfast certainly should have been included.

Very friendly staff. Despite its location at the station, quiet rooms with modern furnishings. Beds larger than expected and very comfortable. . Breakfast rich and appealing.
Unfortunately, only a public complicated parking garage can be used for car travel.

I appreciated my room - normal double with ac. It boasts a great location; accommodating staff from every member of the team.

The breakfast was very good and rich, the location near the station was very practical, the staff was very friendly, good-humoured and helpful. We felt very comfortable in this hotel.
The view from our room was not so good, in the restaurant and/or breakfast room it was draughty as also in many cafés etc. in Great Britain at all.

Convenient for station, no frills comfortable hotel. Very friendly reception staff.
Soundproofing in the rooms is poor - you hear everything happening in the corridor outside, and too much of what goes on next door. Fine if your neighbours are civilised, but you might not be so lucky. Location is convenient for the station, but not the best for the highlights of Brighton

Great location (esp if arriving by rail) perfect location for the lanes shopping and was quieter than staying down on the sea front.
stayed over a weekend and the hotel seemed to be popular with noisy stag groups. Dont think it can be escaped in Brighton but why not haul them all on one floor so the rest of us can sleep in some peace!

Can't beat the location. It's right next to Brighton Train Station.
The breakfast buffet was very poor. The first place I've ever had a breakfast buffet and there was no bread available. The room was small and had too much furniture in it. Moving around in the room and you were constantly hitting things. There was a lot of noise from other guests in the floor hallways, poor insulation I think.

The hotel was spacious..the staff friendly and the deputy general manager and the young girl on reception who dealt with a complaint that we had were very professional
The towels were not very good.. Very small and thin.. Also one of the beds had not had the bedding changed from the previous residents..

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and city center. Our room was clean, and we had a lovely stay. Kudos to the bar area!
